The Custom Process

Each custom piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted to reflect your vision. Whether you are reimagining an existing design or creating something entirely new, the process is collaborative and tailored to you. From initial concept through final finishing and stone setting, every detail is carefully considered.

Timelines may vary depending on design complexity and stone sourcing. 

Materials & Stones

Custom work is available in Sterling Silver, 10k, 14k, and 18k gold.

Stones may be sourced through me, or select stones from client-owned jewelry may be reused, pending evaluation. Client stones must be reviewed prior to approval to ensure they are suitable for the new design and setting. While every precaution is taken, stones provided by the client are accepted at the client’s risk.

At this time, I am not able to work with client-supplied metals. All metals are sourced through trusted suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing for custom jewelry varies based on design, materials, and stones.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the custom process

• The remaining balance is due prior to shipment or pickup

• All custom orders are final sale due to their made-to-order nature

Production will begin once the design is approved and the deposit is received.

Design Approval & Changes

Final designs must be approved before production begins. Any changes requested after design approval may result in additional fees and adjustments to the production timeline.

Ring Sizing

Clients are responsible for confirming accurate ring sizing prior to production. Resizing fees may apply if adjustments are needed after completion.

Communication

Timely communication and approvals are essential to keeping custom projects on schedule. Delays in responses or approvals may extend the production timeline.
