Refund policy

Due to the time and care that is put into making each piece I am unable to accept returns/refunds/exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal neglect, general wear and tare, losing jewelry once it has been shipped etc. If an item is faulty or breaks please contact me with photos/videos of the piece and we can discuss a potential repair, refund, or return. This is a case-by-case situation. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
