All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt, and eligibility for a refund is determined by Andrea Santos Jewelry.

For approved returns, a prepaid return label will be provided. Return shipments must be sent with tracking and insurance for the full purchase value. Items remain the responsibility of the customer until received. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund.
