THE RAINDROP EARRINGS

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and may not be resized, customized, altered, or show any signs of wear or damage. All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt, and eligibility for a refund is determined by Andrea Santos Jewelry.

For approved returns, a prepaid return label will be provided. Return shipments must be sent with tracking and insurance for the full purchase value. Items remain the responsibility of the customer until received. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund.

Custom, resized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale. Please email andreasantosjewelry@gmail.com with any return requests.
